Hotel changes everything but the beach

The Movenpick Hotel in El Gouna is being given a complete makeover to provide a contemporary setting with modern décor. Work started in June 2009 with the rebuilding and extension of the resort’s main dining outlet. Renovation and refurbishment of all guest rooms is well underway and should be finished by the end of the year. Early feedback has been positive and everyone is looking forward to completion of the work. The General Manager is quoted as saying, “We are sure that we will have an incomparable product that will become the benchmark by which other hotels will judge themselves.”
